Dunure Castle
Todays archive post is from 2008. This is Dunure Castle, near Ayr in Ayrshire. The rays of the setting sun highlighted the castle and cast the stone in an orange light that glowed until the sun set.
Stormy Sea
Todays archive post is called ‘Stormy Sea’. A wild, windy morning at Dunure produced quite a swell on the waves.

York Minster and York
Todays archive post is from 2008. We spent a few days in York and was an ideal chance to visit York Minster. I made the long trip up hundreds of stone steps to get to the top of the minster. This is a view from the top.
