Lochwinnoch RSPB
Todays post is from yesterday’s trip to Lochwinnoch RSPB. A few brighter spells in the morning this time meant that I could get the ISO lowered for the first time to really try the Sigma 150-500 out. Even though there wasn’t many different birds at the feeder, the ones I did capture looked sharp enough to me. The D300 isn’t really the best above ISO 800 for retaining detail in birds especially with a heavy crop, so these lower ISO images look far better than last weeks ones

Todays post is from Lochwinnoch RSPB. These shots were taken yesterday with the Sigma 150-500. As usual the weather was poor so more high ISO shots.
