Curves – Museum of Liverpool
The museum of Liverpool is a wonderful place to pass a couple of hours looking at the many exhibits. What did catch my eye me was this really great curving staircase. The sunlight was streaming through the skylight at the top and creating these great shadows. This image is not a mono conversion but due to the light and shadow could be.
Bamburgh Castle Sunrise
Todays archive post is of probably the North of Englands most photographed location, Bamburgh Castle. This huge castle is right on the beach and gives the opportunity for great sunrise pictures.

Chapterhouse Roof, York Minster
Todays archive post is another from last years trip to York. This time it’s from inside York Minster and is of the chapterhouse roof. Load of really intricate detail in this one made it an ideal candidate for a picture.
York Minster and York
Todays archive post is from 2008. We spent a few days in York and was an ideal chance to visit York Minster. I made the long trip up hundreds of stone steps to get to the top of the minster. This is a view from the top.
